She is an international speaker and also offers organization development consulting and coaching services in collaboration with her clients. Beth has a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She has also completed the Advanced Human Resources Management program at the University of Toronto, the Certificate in Management Development from the School of Business at Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Carleton University.
