18 And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds,

19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.

21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Mofes were accomplished, they brought him to Jerufalem, to present him to the Lord;

33 And Jofeph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.

34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rifing again of many in Ifrael; and for a fign which shall be fpoken against;

35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own foul alfo,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. 36 And there was one Anna a. prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Afer; she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;

38 And she coming in that inftant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerufalem.

39 And when they had performed all things, according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.

44 But they supposing him to have been in the company, went a day's journey; and they fought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance.

45 And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerufalem seeking him.

46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found found him in the temple, fitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. 47 And all that heard him were aftonished at his understanding and answers.

48 And when they saw him they were amazed. And his mother faid unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have fought thee forrowing. 49 And he faid unto them, How is it that ye fought me? wift ye not that I must be about my Father's business? 50 And they understood not the saying which he spake

14 For they were about five thousand men.

19 They answering said, John the Baptift: but some fay, Elias; and others fay, that one of the old prophets is risen again.

20 He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering faid, The Chrift of God.

21 And he straitly charged them and commanded them to tell no man that thing;

22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.

And he 23 And he faid to them all, said to his disciples, Make If any man will come after them fit down by fifties in a

15 And they did so, and made them all fit down.

26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me, and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory,
